It’s a Candidate Market! - How do you get the best talent interested in working for your firm rather than another?

Program Description: The goal here is to firstly help you to determine your firm’s employer brand – essentially your firm's reputation as an employer.  Once identified, we will look at ways you can showcase your employer brand so as to attract top talent.  Candidates are likely to do research on your firm to get a sense of what it would be like to work there. In fact, according to CareerBuilder, 64% of candidates will do research on a firm before they even apply.  Your firm’s website will most likely be the first exposure an individual will get to your firm, therefore, it is critically important that your website highlights the positives associated with working there.  But that’s just the beginning… Employer branding covers every facet of how a potential candidate gets to know you as a potential employer.  This starts way before the hiring process even begins and continues throughout the individuals association with your firm.
