Diversity & Inclusion Committee News: YMCA Training, Inc. Volunteers Needed

As most of you know, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee has been working closely with YMCA Training, Inc. to develop a Legal Office Assistant curriculum for their training program.  You can learn more about the Training, Inc.’s current program here. YMCA Training, Inc. has new upcoming volunteer opportunities!  

YMCA Training, Inc. is seeking volunteers for our upcoming Customer Service Volunteer Call-In Events. As a volunteer you would receive a script to call into our classrooms, where our Trainees answer your call, assist you in a mock call center scenario, and practice their customer service skills. All events run from 10 AM to 12 PM and are April 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th and May 10th and 17th.
