How and why did you come to work with law firms? Share a success story your company has experienced working with a law firm. A client contacted our service team and asked for assistance regarding a significant change in their areas of practice pertaining to an acquisition of an IP practice group. We arranged underwriter meetings including experienced IP risk managers in order to help the firm transition the new practice group into the firms existing culture. We benchmarked coverage limits and retentions in order to mitigate potential coverage gaps. The firm ultimately appreciated our hands on approach and the strategic outcome.
