Terri L. Radley, Finance Manager/Firm Administrator

Group W Legal Partners, P.C.

Years in field?  7 years as a Law Firm Administrator, but 24 years total in

the legal field. I started out as a part-time legal secretary at Mirick,

O’Connell. Over the years, I moved from part-time to full-time secretary, and once I had obtained my Paralegal Certificate from Becker College in

Worcester, I worked as a paralegal before advancing into firm management.

What do you most enjoy about your job? The diversity and the staff.

Every day is different and never boring! Handing a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis exercises the brain and challenges the multi-tasking abilities. The firm has an amazing group of attorneys and support staff. Everyone is focused and energetic and we work as a real team toward common goals.

What is your biggest challenge at work? The firm I am currently working with is growing and expanding into all of the New England states. The biggest challenge is functioning in a multi-state environment with each state having different rules, regulations and “quirks” and attempting to keep “close” those attorneys and staff members working so far away.

When you're not at work, you like to…? When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I have three wonderful children, two of whom are now “official successful adults” and one who is still at home keeping me on my toes. I enjoy working out at the gym with a fabulous group of women who keep me motivated and accountable – nothing like good old “peer pressure” to keep you in shape!

Favorite T.V. Show? Modern Family – not only entertaining, but keeps me away from the home shopping channel!

Last Book Read: That summer reading series no one will admit to reading.
