What do you most enjoy about your job? It has always been so interesting to work with all the intelligent and motivated people at my firm and with the ALA.

The new ideas and projects we are able to undertake really keep me interested and challenged. I have always enjoyed working as a team as it makes each of us better and teamwork is valued here.


What is your biggest challenge at work?

Finding the balance for our leadership between servicing the client’s needs and focusing on making the strategic decisions to move the “business of the firm” forward. It is important to take on the initiatives and work you and your administrative team can take on independently but still impress that the leadership of the firm make the time for thoughtful discussion and timely decisions in the face of many competing demands.


When you're not at work, you like to…? When we aren’t cheering on our kids’ activities, we spend a lot of time up in our NH farmhouse which needs plenty of
